When you join our Franchise, you can expect to attend to the machine every 1 - 7 days depending on your demand and it only requires around 30 minutes of your time at the machine for general refilling and cleaning.*
* We have scheduled deep cleans (weekly, monthly, quarterly) which might take 30 mins - 1 hour longer.

FLEXIBLE WORK
We've developed a system that enables flexible work hours when it comes to refilling and maintaining the machine. Whether it's early in the morning, in the afternoon, or at night - it's really up to you and your personal schedule.* This flexibility and freedom allows you to work your normal job and/or attend to other commitments and take care of the machine as well.

LOW OVERHEAD COSTS
With our optimised systems and processes, we've been able to reduce or remove many unnecessary expenses. We don't require you to cook or prepare any teas etc. so no commercial kitchen/equipment or staff is required. With our ready made teas and ingredients, you can also expect lower wastage as they can last longer in the machine.
Our expert leasing team will help you find the perfect site for the machine with our strong network of shopping centres, universities, public areas and more. We've been able to consistently negotiate some of the cheapest leasing rates and in some cases, even include the supply of power in the lease fee.

Entering into any business can be a massive risk, however, with the business model we've developed, we've been able to reduce or mitigate a lot of the associated risks.

TRANSPORT, SET UP &
INSTALLATION
We take care of all logistics relating to setting up your machine. When you partner with us, you can expect the machine to be all set up and installed on the premises ready for you to operate. This also includes the set up and installation of power at the premises.
TRAINING &
OPERATIONS MANUAL
Included in our franchise package is the in-person training program where we will teach you everything you need to know about the machine and the operations of this business. You will gain access to our operations manual and all our learning resources.

Our goal is to grow and expand the brand into a household name. You will benefit from our marketing efforts and campaigns in this process. We are always coming up with new ways for customers to interact with the machines such as loyalty programs, online ordering, delivery, promotions etc.
